Series 10 Beacon

• Series 10 ("S10") Bluetooth Low-Energy Beacon
• Uses standard CR2032 replaceable battery (preinstalled, ready to activate)
  
• Typical battery life of 3 months in its default configuration (4 months with a firmware update; 2-3 weeks when configured with iBeacon™ technology)
• Compatible with iBeacon™ technology (requires firmware and configuration update)
• Not recommended for Eddystone (battery life is only a few weeks)
• 1.6in (l) x 1.1in (w) x 0.2in (h) (40mm x 28mm x 5.5mm)

Series 21 Beacon

• Series 21 ("S21") Bluetooth Low-Energy Beacon
• Typical battery life of 18 months transmitting every 100ms* continuously, but often 22+ months
• Uses four standard AA alkaline batteries (preinstalled, ready to activate)
• Includes secondary directional antenna
• Designed for indoor and outdoor use
• Internal on/off switch
• External button and LED light for battery status and configuration feedback
• Compatible with iBeacon™ technology (may require firmware and configuration update)
• Newer SDK version required - see Gimbal SDK Downloads for details
• Dimensions: 3.4in (l) x 3.0in (w) x 1.0in (h) (86mm x 77mm x 25mm)
